It also provides inspirational messages, critical conversations, and educational resources for anyone looking to support women in ministry or support women in the church, in general. Tiffany Malone is a speaker, an author, an entrepreneur, and a coach. She has spent her career advising and developing leaders. By day she is a Human Resources consultant and executive coach; but what we love most about her is her love for God and her spiritual gifts that she brings to both ministry and the marketplace. She is the CEO of Bright Eye Coaching and Consulting, LLC. She is a certified coach and gains her greatest joy from seeing Christ's life manifested in the lives of others. She is also a proud wife and mother. She has been married to Jerome since 2000, and they have two children, Janaya and Jerome, Jr.

Sara G. Barton is the University Chaplain at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California. She holds a Doctor of Ministry from Lipscomb University’s Hazelip School of Theology and a master’s degree in Spiritual Formation from Spring Arbor University. Dr. Barton is the author of, A Woman Called: Piecing Together the Ministry Puzzle, a memoir about her call to ministry.
